Abstract

This study aims to know The Influence of Currency Exchange Rates, Deposit Rates, and Inflation Rates on the Stock Price Growth of Go Public Cigarette Industry Subsectors Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study were 4 cigarette companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk, PT. Bentoel International Investama Tbk, and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. The data used were stock price growth of the cigarette industry, currency exchange rates, deposit rates and inflation from 2013 to 2016. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis that tested by F test and t test. Based on the F test results, it was known that currency exchange rates, deposit rates, and inflation rates simultaneously affect the stock prices growth. Based on the results of the t test it was known that the currency exchange rate, and the inflation rate partially affect the stock prices growth, while the deposit interest rate partially didn't affect the stock prices growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Sukorejo District, Blitar City. Types of expanatiry research, technical analysis of multiple linear regression data. The results of the study show that there is no positive influence and significant Transformational Leadership on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus in Sukorejo District, Blitar City. There is a positive and significant influence on the motivation of the State Civil Apparatus in Sukorejo District, Blitar City. There is a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on the State Civil Apparatus in Sukorejo District, Blitar City. There is a positive and significant influence of Transformational Leadership, Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Sukorejo District, Blitar City

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi kerja (X2) dan kinerja pegawai (Y) Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 110 orang yang merupakan pegawai negeri sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dihitung dengan rumus Slovin (taraf kesalahan 5%) maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 87 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda dengan uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kediri. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri membutuhkan gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya

Abstract

The Human Development Index in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to some countries in Southeast Asia that is at rank 110. The key to the high number of such index is the field of education. Islamic University of Kadiri (Uniska) Kediri have a role in improving the quality of human resources through higher education. The quality of education and the learning process in Uniska would success depends on the lecturer performance, which is affected by several factors, among others: Competence, Compensation and Motivation owned and accepted by the lecturers Uniska. This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of competence, compensation to the performance of lecturers in Uniska Kediri with motivation as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire to 69 lecturers Uniska, with the Likert scale 1-5 range. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. Data analysis tool used in this study are Validity, Test Multicolinearity, Test Heterocedastity, Analysis Descriptive, Analysis Inferential, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, The Coefficient Of Determination, Simultant Test (F), Partial test (t) and Path Analysis with SPSS calculations 23:00 for Windows. The study states that Competency and Compensation has significant effect on motivation, Competence has not significant effect on the performance of lecturers, Compensation and motivation has significant effect on the performance of lecturers of UNISKA Kediri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan(X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y2) melalui kepuasan kerja (Y1) pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 110 Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling incidental dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah responden 75 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri, (2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri, (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri, (4) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kediri dapat mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung peningkatan kinerja pegawainya melalui kepuasan kerja yang didapatkan pegawai tersebut.

Abstract

This research is done to know district development Strategy Wahrlimo as area of economy gets wisata's basis analisis's method that is utilized on this research is Analisis SWOT( Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). Of this research result points out that main strategy that shall be done to be able to render wisata's area at Makam BungKarno district as ekowisata's area religi is divided as three main strategies, which is: Territorial settlement with form zonasi's system to wisata's activig' and fishery activity that done by society. Beaches promotion step-up Makam Bung Karno comprises to arrange wisata's program culturizes. Counselling about the importance for pelestarian environmentally, tacling act of god and sacrilege danger.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, environment and work discipline on employee performance. Employee performance that is needed by every company to make a company grow efficiently. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and carried out on 44 employees of PT Multindo Auto Finance East Java in Area XV. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 20. The results of the analysis show: (1) That compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) the environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Compensation, environment, and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance. (5) The most dominant compensation variables that affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the development of Tourism Through the community Powerless To tourism (Maya Juwita) in district of Blitar Town Kepanjenkidul as a tourist Kampong. Methods of analysis used in this study is the analysis of the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). Results from this research menenunjukan a major starategi that needs to be done in order to materialize a tourist Kampong in district of Kepanjenkidul as a tourist area is divided into three main strategies, namely: Structuring the territory by establishing zoning for the activities of the community. Improvement of prowosi including conducts cultural tours. Counseling about the importance of the preservation of the environment, the mitigation of natural disasters and the dangers of pollution.

Abstract

Human resources play a very important role because humans are the driving force of all company activities. Efforts to improve performance are carried out with a well-organized leadership system and motivation to increase employee morale. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru, amounting to 30 people. Samples taken were 30 teachers with census sampling techniques. Data obtained through questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability by using the product moment correlation formula and cronbach's alpha. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, and determination coefficient test and is accompanied by classical assumption testing. The results of the study showed that: (1) Transformational leadership had a positive effect on the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru. This is evident from the results of the t test obtaining a tcount of 4.065 and the significance level of 5% (p <0.05) and H1 received. This means that the better transformational leadership is carried out, the teacher's performance will increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru. This is evident from the results of the t test obtaining a tcount of 2.599 and a significance level of 5% (p <0.05) and H2 received. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the more performance will increase. (3) Transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive effect on the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru. This is evident from the results of the F test to obtain an Fcount of 24.893, which received a significance level of 5% (p <0.05) and H3 received. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee engagement, the influence of motivation on employee engagement and the influence of positioning on employee engagement. The type of research is descriptive quantitative with a questionnaire as the data source. The population used is the civil servant of Small Tax Service Office of Kediri that was birth in 1981 until 1990 (Y generation) and birth in 1991 until 2000 (Z generation) amounted to 50 people and sampling technique used saturated sample. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that transformational leadership had no significant effect on employee engagement, motivation had significant effect on employee engagement, positioning had no significant effect on employee engagement.
